When a police officer in Minneapolis started a Facebook campaign in an attempt to find a kidney donor, he thought the odds were slim that he would receive a kidney before he died. Then a complete stranger saw the plea and made the kidney patient's dream come true in January. Now the officer is raising funds for the young man who gave him the gift of life.
