In an extremely unlikely confluence of events, an actor who was portraying a patient at the medical school at University of Virginia last year was asked to act out the symptoms of an abdominal aneurysm. When the med student did the practice exam appropriate for the symptoms given, the student actually found a potentially fatal abdominal aneurysm.
